Service Description

Equip transportation professionals with the knowledge and skills needed to safely secure wheelchairs with our Wheelchair Securement Training. Our comprehensive program offers a combination of classroom learning and practical exercises, covering regulatory compliance, equipment usage, and effective techniques for ensuring passenger safety and comfort. Whether you're a driver or owner operator, our training is ideal for anyone looking to enhance their skills in this crucial area. Certificates of Completion are issued for those complete and pass the classroom and practical excercises. Participants are on their own for lunch. Lunch is not included.

Cancellation Policy

Registration and Payment: Registration for virtual courses and workshops is required in advance. Payment must be submitted in full at the time of registration. Accepted payment methods include those that are listed on the website. Cancellation and Refund Policy: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made after registration is complete or for no-shows. Course/Workshop Materials: If included with the course or workshop...course/workshop materials, including any handouts, slides, or other resources, will be provided to registered participants electronically before or during the scheduled session(s). Participation and Attendance: Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of the course/workshop. Participants must ensure access to a reliable internet connection and any necessary technology or software required for participation. Replays are offered for specific courses, not all. Participants are notified when materials are included in the course or workshop. No Guarantees: While every effort is made to provide high-quality content and instruction, Stephanie R. Harmon, Inc. does not guarantee specific outcomes or results from participation in virtual courses and workshops. Confidentiality: All course/workshop materials and discussions are confidential and intended for the registered participant(s) only. Unauthorized sharing or distribution of course materials is strictly prohibited. Modification or Rescheduling: Stephanie R. Harmon, Inc. reserves the right to modify or reschedule virtual courses and workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified as soon as possible in such cases. Termination of Participation: Stephanie R. Harmon, Inc reserves the right to terminate the participation of any participant who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior during the course/workshop. Technical Support: Technical support will be available during scheduled course/workshop sessions to assist participants with any technology-related issues. Feedback and Evaluation: Participants may be asked to provide feedback and complete evaluations at the end of the course/workshop to help improve future offerings.
