Our custom items are made in house. Our orders take 3 to 5 days to process and make. If so some reason there is a delay, you will be notified immediately.
We use the United State Postal Service for items shipping under 13 ounce. All orders that have a weight of more than 13 ounces are shipped via United Postal Service.
We do not accept returns on any custom orders. Please contact us immediately regarding any issues or concerns with your order. Our goal is to come to a decision that is best for our customers.

Consultation sessions are no refund!! Customers are able to reschedule missed appointments (1) once. If second appointment is missed, no refund will be issued.
