ORDERS

We use the United State Postal Service for items shipping under 13 ounce. All orders that have a weight of more than 13 ounces are shipped via United Postal Service.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns on any custom orders. Please contact us immediately regarding any issues or concerns with your order. Our goal is to come to a decision that is best for our customers.

Once any of our services are rendered there is no refund.

For our Business Solutions and Logistic Services, there is no 100% guarantee, I will do my best to ensure that you have a guide for each individual business and individual.
