Haven Path Community is a supportive housing and community-based initiative focused on promoting housing stability, independence, and structure. Our program is designed for individuals who benefit from a structured, supportive living environment while working toward greater self-sufficiency. Our program encourages the development of independent living skills while fostering a sense of community and shared responsibility.

Haven Path Community operates in alignment with the mission and values of Harmon Recovery while maintaining a distinct focus on housing and supportive living.

Haven Path Community serves adults who may benefit from supportive housing as part of their recovery or stabilization journey. Participation is determined through referral and program-specific criteria.  Individuals residing in Haven Path Community must be eligible for community-based services; however, participation in Haven Path Community does not guarantee service authorization.

Haven Path Community is not an emergency shelter, crisis service, or inpatient program.
